Our orthodontic products are available on a first come, first served basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

US Orthodontic Products provides shipping via FedEx. All prices are F.O.B. Norwalk, CA, and shipping and handling charges and sales taxes (if applicable) will be added to your invoice.

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we are able to obtain and ship your items, your address, and the shipping speed and options that you decide.

If you feel that you need to exchange/return an item please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-928-4404 for instructions. Please note any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking. All returns must be received within 15 days from date items were shipped. Anything received after 15 days will be accepted at the discretion of U.S. Orthodontic Products. All items must be in original condition and in original packaging. No products will be accepted for return/exchange if shipping date exceeds 45 business days.

How will I know if my product is on backorder?

  • If an item you’ve ordered is on backorder, we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it.

How long does a backorder remain active?

  • Backorders remain active for 14 days on most products. If after 14 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item.
