Shipping and Returns


U.S. Orthodontic Products provides shipping via FedEx. All packages are shipped from our office located in Norwalk, CA. Shipping and handling charges as well as taxes (if applicable) will be applied to your invoice.

Shipping speeds vary and is determined by FedEx. Once we receive your order confirmation we will ship your order within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions about our fulfillment process or would like to add any special notes to your order, please contact us at 866-928-4404. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (PST).

If you feel that you need to exchange/return an item please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-928-4404 for instructions. Please note any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking. All returns must be received within 15 days from date items were shipped. Anything received after 15 days will be accepted at the discretion of U.S. Orthodontic Products. All items must be in original condition and in original packaging. No products will be accepted for return/exchange if shipping date exceeds 45 business days.
